Samantha, I agree! Working with Rob has changed my life. If you are inspired to go deeper into these concepts, I invite you to contact him about his 6 week Identity Shifting Mastermind. It will blow your mind. http://robscott.com/contact-us/
And feel free to submit questions that will inspire us to do another talk:)
“Our lenses, unseen, become our identity.” Powerful stuff, amazing talk.
Hello Little Sprigs! I just listened to this podcast from Rob and thought it was excellent – thanks so much for doing this interview. He talked about the East understanding “being” and west more of a “doing” culture and that he wanted to bring the two together. I just wanted to say that the East also talks about “doing”. The Bhagavad Gita refers to it as “non-action in action” – this can be translated as “being while you are doing”. This is the premise of Karma Yoga…. to do your work selflessly, enjoy the moment of ‘doing’, with no thoughts of personal gain.
So the wisdom has always been there, but I love the fact that Rob is able to speak it in a modern way.
Thanks again,
